This membership has an entrance fee of Rs 100000 and an annual fee of Rs 7500 towards course maintenance. GST will be extra as applicable. The entrance fee is paid along with the application. The course maintenance fee should be paid in advance for the year. An ordinary member does not pay any green fees. An ordinary member can convert his / her membership to a Life Membership by paying the difference in the entrance fee at the time of conversion.

Institutional membership will be given to eligible companies or firms upon application and approval by the committee and upon payment of Rs 1000000/ lump sum. GST shall be extra as applicable. The company will be entitled to nominate in writing any three players to use the club facilities at a time. Institutional members do not pay any monthly subscription or green FEE. An institution member has only one voting right.
Members of the public who are invaluable to the club may be proposed to be Honorary members. The proposal must be made by a member and supported by four other members. It must be in writing and addressed to the Management Committee, whose majority decision will be final.
The Management Committee can award Honorary Membership to members of the public whom it deems fit. The membership can be temporary or for life, according to the committee's discretion.
Existing members who have completed 20 years of regular membership as of the end of any Calendar year and are 80 years of age or older will become eligible to become Honorary Members of the club.
Suppose an ordinary member departs from the Ernakulam district. In that case, the member may become an outstation member by paying a one-time fee equal to the following year’s annual subscription.
The member should make his / her intentions clear to the Hon Secretary in writing, and a confirmation of this must be obtained from the Hon Secretary. Such members should provide their outstation addresses to the Hon. Secretary. An outstation member does not pay for a monthly subscription. On return To Cochin, such a member will automatically become an ordinary member and continue to pay a monthly subscription. The member must inform the committee of his /her return to Cochin. An Out Station member is liable to pay green fees and cannot stand for election.
